It works!

I love that I can use the mat anywhere. I use it at night on my bed and then use it during the day under my feet where I sit. I also love that I can travel with it. Recently went on vacation where I did a lot of walking for 3 days. I recovered well and wasn’t exhausted at the end of the trip like I usually am and my legs weren’t aching like they usually do with all the walking. Love the mat!! Nancy H.
Able to sleep
